How Can I Make the Potato Rings More Crispy?

The corn flour in the potato mixture is what will make these rings crispy and crunchy when cooked. If you’re looking for an extra crunch factor though, you can swap the corn flour for rice flour, and follow the rest of the recipe as is.

Can I Air Fry or Deep Fry the Potato Rings?

You sure can! Baking can help make these potato rings healthier, and if you have an Air Fryer, you can choose to use it to cook the potato rings too. Just make sure you lay a parchment paper into the Air Fryer basket and then place your potato rings into it.
Deep frying these rings will also make them crispy and delicious, and if you don’t mind doing it occasionally, it can be a good option too. side view of crispy potato rings

How Do I Store the Leftovers?

Your leftover crispy potato rings can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for 2-3 days. Remember that these potato rings will need to be reheated in the oven or the Air Fryer for them to retain that crispy texture.
Microwaving these rings will cause them to become soggy and lose their crispiness.
