Ingredients

Ingredients For the roasted garlic

  • 1 pc Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Ingredients For the Potato fries

  • 1.5 cup Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 pc Prepared Roasted Garlic
  • ½ cup Cheese (grated)
  • 4 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 4 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Red Paprika

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Take a piece of aluminum foil and add the garlic. Drizzle some olive oil. Properly pack the garlic with the aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. The garlic should feel mushy after that.
  • Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients one by one. Using a spatula, give everything a good mix.
  • Next, take a piping bag and pour the mixture in.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pipe out the mixture in the form of rings.
  • Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes or until the fries turn golden and crisp.
