Ingredients For the roasted garlic
- 1 pc Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Ingredients For the Potato fries
- 1.5 cup Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 pc Prepared Roasted Garlic
- ½ cup Cheese (grated)
- 4 tablespoon Corn Flour
- 4 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 2 tablespoon Mixed Italian Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Red Paprika
Pre-heat the oven to 220°C. Take a piece of aluminum foil and add the garlic. Drizzle some olive oil. Properly pack the garlic with the aluminum foil and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes. The garlic should feel mushy after that.
Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients one by one. Using a spatula, give everything a good mix.
Next, take a piping bag and pour the mixture in.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pipe out the mixture in the form of rings.
Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes or until the fries turn golden and crisp.
