Frequently Asked Questions

What Can I Use Instead of Soyabean?

Soyabeans have the perfect blend of fiber and protein, and adding more of them to your meals can help keep blood glucose levels in check, improve metabolism and even lower the risk of cancer.
Using them for this recipe is great, because they are super versatile too. However, if you don’t have them and want to try out this recipe with another lentil, canned white chickpeas is your best alternative! Right Side view image of Boiled Soyabean Salad

What Else Can I Add to the Boiled Soyabean Salad?

We’ve used some classic ingredients to whip up this boiled soyabean salad, but you can totally give it your twist and add in some other ingredients of your choice.
Sliced bell peppers, carrots, grilled corn and cabbage are some other good veggies you can consider adding into the mix.
To bump up the flavor, you can also chop up some fresh herbs like parsley, mint and/or basil and add them into the salad.
To bulk up the salad, you can add some grilled tofu or paneer, and for some extra healthy fats, you can drizzle a bit of olive oil and give it all a good toss. Yummy Boiled Soyabean Salad
