Tips & Tricks to Make the Lemon Honey Coriander Tea

While making this lemon honey coriander tea is super easy, you might want to take note of these little tips and tricks as well.

  • I used honey as a natural sweetener for the tea, but you could also just use plain sugar if you want to
  • Looking for a natural sweetener that’s vegan too? Try using maple syrup.
  • Palm sugar crystals are another great choice to opt for if you’re looking for a healthier sweetener for this tea.
  • I would recommend using fresh lemon juice for this recipe. It will give the perfect flavor you are looking for. Bottled lemon juice can work in a pinch, but if you can, stick to freshly squeezed lemon juice for maximum aroma and flavor.
  • If you don’t have lemon juice, just use some lemon grass to get that citrusy flavor and anti-inflammatory action to the tea.
  • If you don’t have the fresh coriander that the recipe calls for- you can just use some finely crushed coriander seeds instead.
