Tips & Tricks to Make the Viral Marry Me Chicken

Ready to try out this viral recipe? Here are a few tips and tricks you might want to take note of.

  • Slicing the chicken into thin cutlets is super important, especially when it comes to getting the texture right. This is one step you wouldn’t want to miss.
  • If you notice the butter in your pan browning up quickly, you can add a dash of olive oil into it to stop it from burning while you’re cooking the chicken.
  • If the sauce has started to thicken up a lot, you can add some more cream or stock to loosen it up and get it to the right consistency. This delicious sauce can then be mopped up with some crusty bread on the side.
  • If you want to turn this into a low carb dish, you can also team the Marry Me chicken up with some zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
  • I would recommend grating a block of Parmesan cheese for this recipe instead of using store-bought shredded cheese, which tends to have less flavor.

Serving Ideas & Suggestions

This creamy and tangy Marry Me chicken can be enjoyed on its own, or teamed up with a simple buttered pasta to make it a complete meal.

I also think it would taste fantastic when served with rice, especially if you keep it saucy. Team that up with some pan fried or oven roasted veggies, and you’ve got yourself a healthy and nutritious dinner that everyone will relish.
