This post has been sponsored by SWEET EARTH® Foods. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

These vegan gyro rolls are the perfect weekday lunch or weekend meal option. Inspired by the Indian Seekh kabab, the vegan gyro meat is a perfectly spiced filling for the pita rolls or even subs. And, I used SWEET EARTH® Awesome Grounds for making this amazing vegan gyro kabobs.
