Easy keto crackers

Dear friends and folks! Here is an easy keto crackers recipe to satiate your hunger, cravings and junk food spike without jeopardizing your diet plan.

Following Keto is not easy, at least not for me. Finding the right meal, creating the meal plan and including ingredients that doesn’t have excess carb is a task in itself. But who said you can’t enjoy something crunchy, spicy and chips-like while on a Keto diet. Here is my version of spicy Keto nuts seed crackers, which tastes divine and offers all nutritional benefits you want without going over the carb limit.

My spicy easy keto crackers is super easy to make. In fact, it is one of the best easy keto crackers that I created with everyday pantry ingredients. There are many choices of low-carb snacks sold by the retails these days. But those are overly expensive. Therefore, I wanted to create a snack that I can store in my pantry and eat it whenever craving spikes. And unsurprisingly, it is one of my favorite recipes.

I was a bit skeptical in adding chia and flax seeds to this easy keto crackers recipe, because both of them have that weird swelling nature once mixed with liquid. However, these my version of keto crackers are crispy, spicy and salty goodness after baked and cooled down. You may feel it is a weird combination, but I am certain that you will end up falling in love too.

If you love chips and dip, then these low-carb easy keto crackers will fulfill your needs. Serve these with some homemade guacamole and you will fall in love. These also make great salad toppers if you miss crispy croutons. And without a doubt, these are delicious on their own. Plus, none of the ingredients used in making these crackers are insanely expensive.

To make my spicy easy keto crackers, you will need chia seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, a little bit of almond flour and a spicy liquid mixture. I did not add any oil or fat to the recipe, and it still turned out great.

To make this recipe, you will need

  • ¼ cup each of raw Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ cup Flax Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds/walnuts(optional)
  • ½ cup Chia Seeds
  • Two tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 1 ½ cups boiling water
  • ¼ teaspoon of hot curry powder and ¼ teaspoon of spicy cayenne pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

If you don’t have the flaxseeds or chia seeds, then this recipe will fail. Because both these seeds swell in size when in contact with water, these are essential to use in this recipe. In short, these seeds act as a binding base of this cracker recipe.
