You’ll need just a handful of simple ingredients to make this easy breakfast tortilla. 

  • Tortilla: 1
  • Chicken ham: 3-4
  • Cheese (grated): As required
  • Egg: 1
  • Chili flakes: ½ tsp
  • Mixed herb seasonings: 1 tsp
  • Butter: For brushing

How to Make the Chicken Ham Breakfast Tortilla

Got all your ingredients ready? Here’s what you’ll need to do next. 

Pre-heat the air fryer.

Take 1 large tortilla.

Place the ham slices on top of the tortilla. 

put some shredded cheese to the ham

Make a ring with the grated cheese on top of the ham slices.

add egg in the middle

Break the egg inside the ring. 

sprinkle some spices and toppings in top of it

Sprinkle chili flakes and mixed herb seasonings.

Fold the tortilla in half and secure with toothpicks. 

Brush with butter.

  • If you’re making this in a pan, remember to keep the heat medium-high and allow the tortilla to be nice and toasted on both sides, ideally with a golden brown crust.
