  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved or sliced
  • 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 Orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. On a large platter or serving dish, arrange the cherry tomato halves, mozzarella slices, orange segments, and grapefruit segments in alternating layers.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the top of the salad.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top of the salad.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
