Ingredients for the Charred Tomato Paste
Ingredients for the Salad
- 1 cup Ripe mango  (chopped)
- ½ cup Watermelon  (chopped)
- ½ cup Yellow capsicum (chopped)
- ½ cup Red capsicum  (chopped)
- ¼ cup Green capsicum/Halapenos (chopped)
- 1 bowl Prepeared Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Green chilies  (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- ½ pc Lemon juice
- ½ cup Onions  (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Red paprika powder
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves (chopped for garnish)
- For the Charred tomato paste, take a tomato and fire roast it over stovetop flame. Ensure that the flame is in either low or medium. Fire roast it until the skin of the tomato becomes charred.  
- Next, let the tomato cool down a bit and then remove the charred skin.  
- Transfer the tomato into a blender and blend into a rough paste.  
- Next, take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients mentioned under salad. Mix everything well. You can adjust the chili and salt as per your taste.  
- Serve salad as part of a meal or enjoy it as it is during the summers!
