- In a bowl, prepare the vanilla batter by whisking together oil, powdered sugar, and curd until the texture becomes silky. Next, sieve the dry ingredients into the mixture. Mix. 
- In another bowl, prepare the chocolate batter by whisking together oil, powdered sugar, and curd until the texture becomes silky. Next, sieve the dry ingredients into the mixture. Mix. 
- Oil/ Grease a circular cake pan and pour the prepared batters into it. Start with 2 tablespoon of the chocolate batter, followed by 2 tablespoon of the vanilla batter. Repeat until all the batter is used. 
- Pre-heat oven and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until the cake passes the toothpick test. 
- Serve hot!
