- Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.   
- Take the fish fillets and cut them into finger sized strips. 
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the first marination along with the cut fish and mix well. Let the marinated fish rest for 15 minutes. 
- Next, add the ingredients of the second marination and mix well. Make sure the fish is properly coated with gram flour.  
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil. (Optional) 
- Transfer the marinated fish to the air fryer basket and cook them at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until done.  
- You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.  
- For the green chutney, blend everything together in a blender. Adjust salt and lemon juice if required.  
- For the onion salad, mix everything together.  
- Serve Amritsari fish hot with green chutney and onion salad.
