- 1 tablespoon Oil
- ¼ cup Carrots chopped
- ½ pc Onions chopped
- 1 cup Potatoes boiled and cubed
- ½ cup Vegan ham chopped
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Mixed herb seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1.5 cups Vegetable broth
- ¼ cup Vegan cheese
- Spring onions chopped for garnish
- Parsley chopped for garnish
Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel.
Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes. Saute. Stir for 2 minutes.
Next, add in the vegan ham and saute. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add the spices and salt next and mix.
Pour the vegetable broth and let it come to a boil. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
Next, add in the vegan cheese and mix well. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with spring onions and parsley. Serve hot.
