Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • ¼ cup Carrots chopped
  • ½ pc Onions chopped
  • 1 cup Potatoes boiled and cubed
  • ½ cup Vegan ham chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herb seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1.5 cups Vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup Vegan cheese
  • Spring onions chopped for garnish
  • Parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a deep bottomed vessel.
  • Add the carrots, onions, and potatoes. Saute. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Next, add in the vegan ham and saute. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the spices and salt next and mix.
  • Pour the vegetable broth and let it come to a boil. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Next, add in the vegan cheese and mix well. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onions and parsley. Serve hot.
