- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cupd Broccoli (florets)
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
Heat butter in a pan. Add in teh broccoli florets and saute. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli florets are cooked.
Next, take a small mixing bowl and add soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, and oyster sauce. Mix and keep aside.
Heat butter again in the same pan. Add in the minced garlic. Saute and cook until the raw aroma of garlic disappears.
Add in teh prepared soy sauce mixture and saute.
Next, add in the sauteed broccoli and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
