Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cupd Broccoli (florets)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a pan. Add in teh broccoli florets and saute. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli florets are cooked.
  • Next, take a small mixing bowl and add soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, and oyster sauce. Mix and keep aside.
  • Heat butter again in the same pan. Add in the minced garlic. Saute and cook until the raw aroma of garlic disappears.
  • Add in teh prepared soy sauce mixture and saute.
  • Next, add in the sauteed broccoli and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
