I love these beautiful blue flowers, and making tea out of them was never my original idea. Back in those Pinterest-crazy days, I came across this recipe where a person showed how this deep blue tea changes to purple with a dash of lemon juice.

Being a tea lover, this was always on my list to try. My garden has loads of butterfly pea flower plants that produce tons of pea flowers.

The pea flower, also known as the butterfly pea flower, is a plant that is native to Southeast Asia. The plant produces bright blue flowers that are used in a variety of culinary and medicinal applications.
