Saag Paneer Recipe pinterest image.

Saag Paneer is our Indian palak paneer, which is a delicious curry dish made with spinach and paneer, a type of Indian cheese. I loved the idea of making slightly roughly pureed greens here instead of the fine pureed we often use in India. While I love both versions, this one is similar to what we get in restaurants in the USA. Here is a recipe to make Saag Paneer at home.
