- In a saucepan, take two and half cups of almond milk. 
- Add four tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, half tablespoon swerve, ½ teaspoon chai spice and mix well. 
- Allow to mixture to simmer and bring it to a boil. 
- Or,	Take two and half cups of warm almond milk in a blender jar. 
- Add four tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa, ½ to 1 teaspoon of chai spice and half tablespoon swerve, and blend the mixture until creamy and frothy. 
- Optional, but highly recommended: blend in two tablespoons of melted unsweetened dark chocolate for a richer flavor. 
- KETO: while this hot chocolate is keto-friendly, you can make it more keto by adding 1 teaspoon hemp/avocado or MCT oil, 1 scoop of protein powder, preferably chocolate flavored, and coconut cream.
