Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw mango (diced)
  • 1 cup Moong sprouts (soaked overnight)
  • ¼ cup Onions (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilies (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Peanuts (roasted and crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon Mint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind paste
  • 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients one by one. Mix them well.
  • Serve as a side salad dish with meals.
