- Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.  
- Take a bowl of water and add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to it.  
- Next, soak the banana slices in the water for 5-10 minutes.  
- Once done, completely dry the banana slices. 
- Next, brush them with coconut oil. You can also spray coconut oil.   
- Next, place the slices in the airfryer basket and cook them at 400°F for 7-8 minutes.  
- Keep shaking the fries in between so that they are evenly cooked.  
- Once you notice the slices hardening at the edges, you can remove them from the air fryer. They will harden further during the cooling process and become crisp.  
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on top and mix well.
