- Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.   
- Take the white bread and air fry them at 350°F for 5 minutes.  
- Let the air fried bread cool down and then blitz them into crumbs using a food processor.  
- Transfer the bread crumbs into a vessel and add the spices and oil. Mix them well.  
- Take the fish pieces and coat them with the seasoned bread crumbs. 
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil. (Optional) 
- Transfer the coated fish to the air fryer basket and cook them at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.  
- You can flip them once in between and brush some oil so that they are cooked well.  
- For the mayo dip, whisk all the ingredients together.  
- Serve crumbed fish hot with mayo dip.
