Ingredients

chopped tomatoes

diced pineapple

cherry tomatoes(halves)

chopped red onion
(optional)

pickled jalapenos

chopped cilantro
Juice of ½ lime

cumin powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Take all the diced vegetables and fruits in a medium bowl.
Add salt, pepper, cumin powder and lime juice.
Gently fold to mix all the ingredients together and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve with chips or with street tacos.
Notes
Add the herbs before serving.
Use fresh pineapples for the best results.
Discard the seeds of the tomatoes.
