Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 California hash avocado (chopped)
  • cup diced pineapple
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes(halves)
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon pickled jalapenos
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Take all the diced vegetables and fruits in a medium bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, cumin powder and lime juice.
  • Gently fold to mix all the ingredients together and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  • Serve with chips or with street tacos.

Notes

  • Add the herbs before serving.
  • Use fresh pineapples for the best results.
  • Discard the seeds of the tomatoes.
