Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 15-20 Green chilies (whole)
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 4 tbsps Fermented bamboo shoot

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the green chilies and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  • Add the salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in the fermented bamboo shoots next and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Enjoy as a spicy side dish.
