- 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 15-20 Green chilies (whole)
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 4 tbsps Fermented bamboo shoot
Heat oil in a pan. Add the green chilies and saute for 5-6 minutes.
Add the salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the fermented bamboo shoots next and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes more.
Enjoy as a spicy side dish.
