Take the chicken breast on a wooden board and slice them into two. Transfer them to a plate.
Take a small mixing bowl. Add in the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning, and paprika powder.
Drizzle oil on top of the chicken breasts along with the prepared mixture. Rub the mixture and oil properly on the chicken breasts.
Next, take all purpose flour on a plate. Lay down each chicken breast piece on the flour and properly coat them.
Heat butter in a pan and fry the coated chicken pieces. They should turn crisp on the outside and have a golden brown color. Keep aside.
For the sauce, heat butter in a pan. Add in the onions and saute them for 30-40 seconds.
Next, add in the garlic and saute the mixture for a minute or two.
Add the sun dried tomatoes next and saute the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the heavy cream and chicken broth next. Mix well. Let the mixture come to a simmer.
Once the mixture starts simmering, add in the herbs, pepper powder, and cheese and mix well. Let the cheese melt completely into the mixture.
Add the prepared chicken breasts next into the mixture. Coat them properly with the sauce.
Add chopped basil and mix well.
Adjust seasoning and serve hot!
