Ingredients for the chicken
- 1.5 cups Chicken breast cubed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- ½ tablespoon Mixed Italian herbs seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon Olive oil
Ingredients for the salad dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Grainy Mustard sauce/paste
- 3 tbsps Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
- 4-5 tbsps Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- ½ tablespoon Garlic grated
Ingredients for the salad
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded/bite sized
- 2 cups Pasta of your choice cooked
- Prepared chicken
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt or as per taste
- 1 cup Croutons
- Prepared dressing
- 1-2 tbsps Lemon juice
Take the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add in the salt, pepper, seasoning, and paprika powder.
Drizzle oil on top of the chicken pieces and mix everything.
Cook the chicken on a pan and keep aside.
For the salad dressing, add all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk them together into a paste.
For the salad, take a big mixing bowl. Add in all the ingredients one by one.
Give everything a good mix.
Serve as a side to your meals or enjoy as a healthy meal substitute.
