Ingredients

Ingredients for the chicken

  • 1.5 cups Chicken breast cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ tablespoon Mixed Italian herbs seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon Olive oil

Ingredients for the salad dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Grainy Mustard sauce/paste
  • 3 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 4-5 tbsps Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic grated

Ingredients for the salad

  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded/bite sized
  • 2 cups Pasta of your choice cooked
  • Prepared chicken
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • Prepared dressing
  • 1-2 tbsps Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Take the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add in the salt, pepper, seasoning, and paprika powder.
  • Drizzle oil on top of the chicken pieces and mix everything.
  • Cook the chicken on a pan and keep aside.
  • For the salad dressing, add all the ingredients into a small bowl and whisk them together into a paste.
  • For the salad, take a big mixing bowl. Add in all the ingredients one by one.
  • Give everything a good mix.
  • Serve as a side to your meals or enjoy as a healthy meal substitute.
