Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 5 tbsps Sugar powdered
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 3 tbsps Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 2 small Banana sliced

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl and add egg and powdered sugar. Beat them together until the mixture turns frothy.
  • Next, add milk and melted butter and whisk.
  • Add the flour and chocolate syrup and mix well. Fold the mixture well so that everything is mixed.
  • Take a non-stick pan. Add the butter and let it melt.
  • Add the powdered sugar and saute. Keep sauteing until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Place the sliced bananas. Next, pour the cake mixture over the bananas.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook at a low flame for 25-30 minutes.
