Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and put a stainer over it.
  • Next, take a cheesecloth or any cloth of your choice. Pour the pain yogurt over it.
  • Cover with the cloth and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Strain the yogurt and put it in a bowl. Using a whisk, smooth the yogurt.
  • Next, add in the chocolate syrup and 2 tbsps butter and whisk again. Mix the yogurt and chocolate syrup well.
  • Grease a pan with butter and place butter paper.
  • Pour in the prepared mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • Slice and serve.
