- 2 cups Plain Yogurt
- ¼ cup Chocolate Syrup
- 2 tablespoon Butter
Take a bowl and put a stainer over it.
Next, take a cheesecloth or any cloth of your choice. Pour the pain yogurt over it.
Cover with the cloth and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Strain the yogurt and put it in a bowl. Using a whisk, smooth the yogurt.
Next, add in the chocolate syrup and 2 tbsps butter and whisk again. Mix the yogurt and chocolate syrup well.
Grease a pan with butter and place butter paper.
Pour in the prepared mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Slice and serve.
