Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla
  • 3-4 Chicken ham
  • Cheese grated as required
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herb seasonings
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer.
  • Take 1 large tortilla.
  • Place the ham slices on top of the tortilla.
  • Make a ring with the grated cheese on top of the ham slices. Break the egg inside the ring.
  • Sprinkle chili flakes and mixed herb seasonings.
  • Fold the tortilla in half and secure with toothpicks.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Air fry the stuffed tortilla at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Enjoy a delicious breakfast.
