Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Tea leaves/powder
  • 9-10 Coriander stem/stalks 3 inch stalks
  • ½ tablespoon Lemon juice As per taste for 1 portion
  • 1 teaspoon Honey As per taste for 1 portion

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan. Add the tea leaves and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Add the coriander stalks and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Next, take cups or glasses as per choice. Add in the lemon juice and honey.
  • Using a strainer, pour the prepared tea mixture and mix with a spoon.
  • Serve hot.
