- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Tea leaves/powder
- 9-10 Coriander stem/stalks 3 inch stalks
- ½ tablespoon Lemon juice As per taste for 1 portion
- 1 teaspoon Honey As per taste for 1 portion
Heat water in a saucepan. Add the tea leaves and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the coriander stalks and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Next, take cups or glasses as per choice. Add in the lemon juice and honey.
Using a strainer, pour the prepared tea mixture and mix with a spoon.
Serve hot.
