Take the chicken breast and make diagonal slits on them.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on them and properly marinate them with the seasoning. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add in teh crushed garlic cloves. Saute and cook them for 40-45 seconds.
Add in the marinated chicken breasts. Cook each side for about 1 minute. Once done, keep the chicken breasts and the garlic cloves aside.
To prepare the sauce, first heat butter in a pan. Add in the garlic and chilies. Saute.
Next, add in the onions and saute. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
Add the chicken broth next and mix.
Add in the cream and mix. Let the mixture come to a simmer.
Add in the coriander leaves next and mix well.
Sprinkle garam masala and nutmeg and mix well.
Next, add in the chicken breasts and the garlic cloves along with any cooking juices that would have come out while cooking the chicken breasts. Make sure the breasts are properly covered by the sauce.
Serve hot with your favorite rice for a scrumptious lunch or dinner.
