Honey Glazed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 3 Chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 sprig Parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts on a wooden board and make slits into them diagonal and then again from the opposite side.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken breast and massage them with the seasoning. Make sure the seasonings enter the slits of the chicken breast. Keep them aside once done.
  • Now take the flour on a flat plate and coat the chicken breasts properly with the flour.
  • Heat 2 tbsps butter in a non-stick pan. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook both sides for 1-1.30 minutes on each side. The sides will start to turn golden brown in color.
  • To the same pan, add another 2 tbsps of butter and add in the garlic. You can move the chicken breasts to the side of the pan while cooking the garlic in the center.
  • Next, add honey and mix.
  • Add in the soy sauce and vinegar next and mix well. The sauce will start simmering. Cover the chicken breast with the sauce and keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes over a low flame.
  • Transfer the chicken breasts to a plate and pour the sauce from the pan over it.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
