Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Water
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 1.5 inch Ginger (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon Tea Leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Add the basil leaves and ginger. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Next, add in the tea leaves and let the mixture boil for 2 minutes on a low flame. The color of the tea leaves will seep into the water.
  • Add the sugar next and mix.
  • Add milk next and mix well. Let the tea simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot with snacks of your choice.
