- ¼ cup Water
- 8 Basil leaves
- 1.5 inch Ginger (crushed)
- 2 tablespoon Tea Leaves
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- 1.5 cup Milk
Heat water in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Add the basil leaves and ginger. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Next, add in the tea leaves and let the mixture boil for 2 minutes on a low flame. The color of the tea leaves will seep into the water.
Add the sugar next and mix.
Add milk next and mix well. Let the tea simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with snacks of your choice.
