Ingredients

  • 1.5 inch Ginger (roughly chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 2.5 cups Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • ½ tablespoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ¾ cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 cup Water (optional)

Instructions

  • In a mortar pestle, make a paste of the ginger and green chilies. Keep it aside.
  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Take a mixing bowl. Add the ingredients one by one and make a smooth dough. You can
  • add water if needed to make the dough. Add the prepared paste to it as well.
  • Make small oval shaped bite sized shapes and transfer to the air fryer.
  • Air fry them for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Serve with green chutney of your choice.
