- 1.5 inch Ginger (roughly chopped)
- 2 Green Chilies
- 2.5 cups Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- ½ tablespoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ¾ cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Water (optional)
In a mortar pestle, make a paste of the ginger and green chilies. Keep it aside.
Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl. Add the ingredients one by one and make a smooth dough. You can
add water if needed to make the dough. Add the prepared paste to it as well.
Make small oval shaped bite sized shapes and transfer to the air fryer.
Air fry them for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown in color.
Serve with green chutney of your choice.
