Soak the green moong gram in enough water for about 2-3 hours.
Drain the water and transfer the soaked green gram to a blender.
Add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, and water. Blend into a smooth paste. You can add more water if required.
Transfer the paste to a mixing bowl. Add a little bit of water to reduce the consistency.
Heat a tawa. Drizzle some oil on top. Take a ladle full scoop of the prepared batter and add it to the pan. Flatten it out in circular motions.
Immediately sprinkle onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves on top. Then roll it up into a cigar shape.
Serve hot as a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
