Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Bananas
  • ΒΌ cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 220℃.
  • Using a blender, make a paste of the bananas.
  • Next, transfer the paste to a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Give everything a good mix.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Take a cookie cutter/ring. Place it on the baking tray and add the banana sesame mixture. Make as many circular discs as you can.
  • Bake at 180℃ for 25-30 minutes.
  • Enjoy it as a delicious and nutritious breakfast with tea.
