Ingredients

  • 4-5 Bananas (ripened)
  • 2 tablespoon Coffee Powder
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 Banana (normal and cut in half)

Instructions

  • Using a blender, make a smooth paste of the ripe bananas.
  • Next, transfer the banana paste into a bowl. Add the coffee powder, sugar, and egg. Give it a good mix.
  • Add the flour next and fold everything together. You should end up with a mixture that has a flowy consistency.
  • Next, heat ghee in a pan and add the cut banana pieces.
  • Transfer the prepared mixture over the banana pieces. Make sure the bananas are covered by the mixture.
  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook the mixture for 10 minutes on a low flame. Don't use high heat as it will burn the bottom.
  • Next, flip the cake and cook the other side as well for 8-10 minutes. You can use a toothpick to check if the cake is cooked inside.
  • Serve as a dessert after it comes down to room temperature.
