- 1 cup Leftover Vegetable Pulp
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- ¼ cup Cottage cheese (crushed)
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped)
- ¼ cup Chickpea flour
Pre-heat the air fryer at 180℃ for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add the leftover vegetable juice pulp followed by the powdered spices.
Add the crushed cottage cheese and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Next, add the chickpea flour and mix well. Bind the mixture together and make a smooth dough.
Make as many small roundels you can from the dough.
Transfer the roundels to the air fryer and cook them at 180℃ for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with chutney of your choice as an evening snack.
