Ingredients

  • 1 cup Leftover Vegetable Pulp
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Cottage cheese (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Chickpea flour

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 180℃ for 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the leftover vegetable juice pulp followed by the powdered spices.
  • Add the crushed cottage cheese and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Next, add the chickpea flour and mix well. Bind the mixture together and make a smooth dough.
  • Make as many small roundels you can from the dough.
  • Transfer the roundels to the air fryer and cook them at 180℃ for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with chutney of your choice as an evening snack.
