- 1 cup Water
- 1 stalk Lemongrass (roughly cut)
- 1 inch Ginger (roughly cut)
- 2 tablespoon Tea leaves (of your choice)
- 4 tablespoon Jaggery
- 1 cup Milk
Heat water in a saucepan. Let the water come to a boil.
Next, add in the lemongrass and the ginger. Let it boil for a minute.
Add in the tea leaves next and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Next, add in the jaggery and mix well.
Add the milk last and mix.
Let the tea boil for 5 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot.
