Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass (roughly cut)
  • 1 inch Ginger (roughly cut)
  • 2 tablespoon Tea leaves (of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoon Jaggery
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan. Let the water come to a boil.
  • Next, add in the lemongrass and the ginger. Let it boil for a minute.
  • Add in the tea leaves next and let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Next, add in the jaggery and mix well.
  • Add the milk last and mix.
  • Let the tea boil for 5 minutes on low flame. 
  • Serve hot.
