Ingredients

Ingredients For the Spicy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoon Ketchup

Ingredients For the Dumplings

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 5 pcs Frozen Dumplings (thawed)
  • 1 bowl Prepared Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the sauce and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Next, heat oil in a pan. Add in the dumplings and cook them until they turn crispy and golden brown in color.
  • Pour the sauce over the dumplings and coat them well.
  • Transfer the sauce coated dumplings to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
