Peanut Bites With Chocolate Filling

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • ½ cup Dates
  • 4 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Melted White Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • In a pan, dry roast the peanuts. Next, blitz them in a food processor.
  • Remove the seeds from the dates and soak them in water for 15 minutes.
  • Add the soaked dates in the food processor along with the blitzed peanuts and blend them.
  • Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the sesame seeds and mix well. Knead it to a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough into small elongated cylinders.
  • Roll it over sesame seeds to make a coating.
  • Make a depression in the middle and fill it with melted white chocolate.
  • Next, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the white chocolate.
  • Use a toothpick to make a pattern. (optional)
  • Chill for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cut into bite sized pieces and serve.
