Ingredients

Ingredients for the Roasted Garlic

  • 1 pc Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Ingredients For the herbed butter

  • ¼ cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 bowl Prepared Roasted Garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed Herb Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (chopped)

Ingredients For the potatoes

  • 3 cups Baby Potatoes (halved)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 220C. Take a piece of aluminium foil and add the garlic. Drizzle some olive oil. Properly pack the garlic with the aluminium foil and bake at 200C for 30 minutes. The garlic should feel mushy after that.
  • For the herbed butter, take all the ingredients and mix.
  • Next, place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with foil. Drizzle olive oil, season with salt and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake the potatoes at 200C for 30 minutes.
  • Next, top the potatoes with the herbed butter and bake again for 5-6 minutes until the butter completely melts and the potatoes turn golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot as a side salad after garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
