Ingredients

  • 1 pc Puff Pastry (square)
  • 1 tablespoon Marmalade (of your choice)
  • 1 pc Blueberry

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180℃.
  • Take a puff pastry square sheet.
  • Using a knife make straight cuts about half a centimeter away from the edges. Make 4 cuts but just 2 of the opposite edges fully cut. The other 2 cuts do not join them completely and leave some gap between them.
  • Take one of the fully cut edges and fold it on top of the opposite cut edge which you have cut with the knife.
  • Repeat for the edge exactly opposite to the one you have folded. It should look like shownin the picture.
  • Place the marmalade in the depression formed at the center. Top it with a blueberry.
  • Transfer the stuffed puff pastry into the oven and bake at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes or until it becomes golden brown in color. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
