Ingredients For the soyabean
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 1 cup Soyabean (boiled)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
Ingredients For the salad
- 1.5 cups Lettuce (bite-sized)
- ¼ cup Cherry tomato (halved)
- ¼ cup Cucumber (chopped)
- ½ pcs Onions (sliced)
- 1 bowl Prepared soybean mixture
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger (chopped)
- ½ pcs Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped)
Heat oil in a pan. Add the boiled soybean.
Add the paprika powder and cumin powder and mix well.
For the salad, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
Serve as a side dish with meals.
