Ingredients

Ingredients For the soyabean

  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 cup Soyabean (boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder

Ingredients For the salad

  • 1.5 cups Lettuce (bite-sized)
  • ¼ cup Cherry tomato (halved)
  • ¼ cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • ½ pcs Onions (sliced)
  • 1 bowl Prepared soybean mixture
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (chopped)
  • ½ pcs Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the boiled soybean.
  • Add the paprika powder and cumin powder and mix well.
  • For the salad, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
  • Serve as a side dish with meals.
