Ingredients

  • ½ packet Whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Mixed herb seasonings
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Readymade white sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a deep bottomed vessel, cook the spaghetti as per packaging instructions.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and cook until they are fragrant.
  • Next, add the chopped spinach and saute for a minute.
  • Add in the chili flakes, mixed herb seasonings, black pepper powder, and salt next and mix well.
  • Add the lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add in the cooked spaghetti and mix well.
  • Serve hot after garnishing with chopped parsley.
