Ingredients for Spring Onions Peanut Chutney

  • ½ cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pcs Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water

Ingredients for Spring Onions Tomato Chutney

  • 1 cup Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 pcs Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 bunch Coriander stems
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Water

Ingredients for Spring Onions Raw Mango Chutney

  • ½ cup Raw mango (chopped)
  • 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
  • 2 pcs Green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

  • Dry roast the peanuts.
  • Take a blender and blend all the ingredients together. Add water little by little while blending so as to get the desired consistency.
  • Adjust the salt and lemon juice to your liking.
