- 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 pcs Green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 bunch Coriander stems
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 cup Water

- ½ cup Raw mango (chopped)
- 1 cup Spring onion (chopped)
- 2 pcs Green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water

Dry roast the tomatoes, spring onions, garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds, and coriander stems.
Take a blender and blend all the ingredients together. Add water little by little while blending so as to get the desired consistency.
Adjust the salt and lemon juice to your liking.
