Pre-heat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
Take a bowl of water and add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to it.
Next, soak the banana slices in the water for 5-10 minutes.
Once done, completely dry the banana slices.
Next, brush them with coconut oil. You can also spray coconut oil.
Next, place the slices in the airfryer basket and cook them at 400°F for 7-8 minutes.
Keep shaking the fries in between so that they are evenly cooked.
Once you notice the slices hardening at the edges, you can remove them from the air fryer. They will harden further during the cooling process and become crisp.
Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on top and mix well.
