Set the instant pot to a sauté mode. Add oil when the display shows hot.
Now add garlic followed by onions and jalapeño and sauté well.
Add corn, and sauté for a minute.
Add in salsa verde, water, soy chunks, water and salt and freshly ground pepper.
Set the instant pot to a pressure cooking mode and set the timer for 7-minutes.
Once the instant pot beeps, open the lid. Add beans and bring the mixture to a boil.
Add cilantro and half of the lime juice.
Serve with chips and veggie slices.
