Put the instant pot in saute mode.
Now add crushed pineapple and sweetener of choice. Stir well and add six cups of
water, tea bags, and close the lid.
Set pressure cook for three minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes for a sweet
yet strong tea flavor. Or, quick release pressure after 5 minutes of rest time
after pressure cooking if you want a sweeter tea.
Cool it down to room temperature.
Serve the tea on ice, and with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices or with few drops of freshly squeezed lime juice.
