This foxtail millet dosa is so much more nutritious and healthy than your regular dosas, and has the perfect flavor and crispiness too!
I would highly recommend using a good quality nonstick pan or tawa for this dosa. This will help keep the dosa from sticking to the pan
You can also choose to use a cast iron skillet if you want a dosa to be extra crispy.
If you don’t have semolina, you can also choose to add ½ cup of poha (flattened rice) into the mixture before you blend it into a batter.
