Simple, hearty and full of flavor, these stuffed bell peppers are next level delicious, and surprisingly easy to make too!
I would recommend using different colored bell peppers if you can, just to make the dish look more fancy.
I used ground chicken, but you could also chop up some boneless chicken finely and then use it for the recipe.
To lend the stuffing for the peppers a bit of extra flavor, cook the rice in broth instead of water.
