Coin Paratha

If you love layered parathas, you’ve got to try this easy and versatile coin paratha recipe too. It tastes absolutely fantastic!

Ingredients: Egg Whole Wheat Flour etc

We’ve used whole wheat flour for the recipe, but you can use all purpose flour or multigrain flour too.

If you’re a vegan, you can use an egg replacer or just plain water and a bit of extra oil to prepare the dough for the coin parathas.

Make sure you use a good quality non-stick pan or a cast iron skillet to cook the coin parathas.
